New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE Bangalore) has a dedicated placement cell that enables NHCE placements to be very successful across the sectors of engineering and management through structured campus placements, internships, and industry-focused training.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) is a proactive department that prepares NHCE students for placements in a systematic manner. It does so by preparing students for the corporate world, higher education, and entrepreneurial paths.

Providing strong college placements and achieving strong career outcomes across engineering and management roles are the main goals of the CDC.

The placement cell at NHCE Bangalore is very well organised, and it leads the students through a set of activities divided into four main modules, including Campus Recruitment Training (CRT), to develop the students' aptitude, technical skills, communication skills and interview readiness at least a couple of months before the campus placements start.

Moreover, students have internship opportunities at various organisations and receive pre-placement offers.

Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, IBM, Oracle and a lot of other leading organisations come to the college every year for recruiting students.

In recent years, NHCE placements have seen a highest package of 35 LPA (International) and 32.5 LPA (Domestic), with an average package of 30 LPA (International) and 6.5 LPA (Domestic).
