1. Undergraduate (B.E. / B.Tech)
For B.E. / B.Tech, NHCE Bangalore admits students via KCET and management quota:
Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) -
- Apply and appear for KCET, followed by state counselling and seat allotment.
- Seat allotment is based on rank, preferences and NHCE cutoff for each branch.
Management Quota
- Candidates who don’t meet the KCET cutoff may apply under the management quota, which requires a fee payable directly to the college.
- Students can check the eligibility criteria on the website, complete the NHCE management quota application form, and submit their documents for verification.

2. PG Admission Procedure (M.Tech/ MBA/ MCA)
PG New Horizon College of Engineering admission 2026 requires a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- M.Tech: Required B.E./B.Tech in a relevant brand with a required percentage and a valid GATE/PGCET score.
- MBA: Candidate must have completed graduation with the required percentage and a valid score in KMAT/ MAT/ PGCET scores.
- MCA: Candidate must have completed graduation with mathematics/ related subject and a valid score in PGCET/MAT/KMAT score.
