Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre – Eligibility Criteria

Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. This is one of the best institutions in Bangalore to pursue UG and PG paramedical courses. The aspirant seeking admission must have the eligible score in the qualifying examination or examination recognized for admission.

There is no special entrance exam for Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre considering the admissions for the paramedical courses. Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre eligibility criterion must be compulsorily satisfied to get admission into Vydehi Institute, one of the top medical colleges in India. Course Eligibility

MBBS

The aspiring candidates must have completed at least 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. The minimum score required is 50% marks in the examination. He/She must have a score valid marks in NEET UG Exam.

M.D/M.S

The candidate must have successfully completed MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from any reputed college or institution in India. He/She must have valid score in the NEET PG Exam.

B.Sc

The aspirant must have passed 10+2 or PUC or other equivalent examination Physics, Chemistry and Biology as his/her principle subjects of study.

M.Sc

The aspirant must have passed the undergraduate degree program in the relevant stream from the recognized University.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Course

Other eligibility criteria to apply for MBBS in VIMSRC are:

  • Students must have scored cut off marks in the National Eligibility cum entrance test.
  • If the candidate belongs to SC/ST then he/she must have passed intermediate (10+2) with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate

Eligibility Criteria for MD/MS Courses

Other eligibility criteria to apply for MD/MS in VIMSRC:

  • The aspirant seeking MD or MS Admission must have scored the eligible cut off marks in the NEET PG Exam.
  • He/She must have successfully completed the 6-months internship after completing his/her MBBS Course
