RV University Bangalore – Admission Procedure for UG and PG Program

Option 1: RVSAT Application

1. Register for RVSAT 2026

- National-level entrance exam for UG and PG programs.

- Apply online at https://admissions.rvu.edu.in/

2. RVU Selection Process

- Tailored to the chosen course and RVSAT score.

3. Selection Letter Issued

- Subject to meeting eligibility and admission criteria.

4. Programme Registration

- Complete registration upon payment of specified fees.

5. Provisional Admission Letter

- Issued after successful completion of the selection procedure.

Law: CLAT, SLAT, AILET

Science / Arts / Commerce: CUET, merit-based (Class 12 marks)

Admission Process

• Step 1: Register for RVSAT 2026 at https://admissions.rvu.edu.in/ (fee: INR 1,000) — or apply with a qualifying national exam score
• Step 2: Appear for RVSAT 2026 or submit valid national exam score
• Step 3: Receive Merit/Selection Letter based on RVSAT/national exam score + Class 12 marks + shortlisting criteria for the programme
• Step 4: Attend counselling and confirm programme selection
• Step 5: Complete fee payment and registration to secure admission
• Step 6: Receive Provisional Admission Letter Application Fee

Management quota seats (25%) are available at a higher fee for programmes including B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Des, and law programmes. Direct admission is possible for select programmes through merit + personal interview without RVSAT.
