Admission Procedure for B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)

This a two-year course at Vydehi Nursing College. The aspiring candidate must have passed Diploma Nursing or GNM after the 10+2 or equivalent exam. He/She must be a registered nurse and should be registered himself/herself with any state nursing registration council. For students from other countries, the eligibility is that he/she should be a registered nurse recognized by the nursing council of their country. Admission Procedure for M.Sc Nursing

Candidates must pass Basic B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or equivalent examinations from a recognized institute or university to become eligible for pursuing this course. Admission Procedure for General Nursing and Midwifery(GNM)

The aspiring candidate must pass 10+2 or PUC or equivalent examination from any recognized institution that is recognized by the Karnataka Nursing Council. The seat allocation for the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma course in Karnataka is administered  by Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board(KSDNEB).
