Admission Procedure for UG Course

RV Dental College provide undergraduate BDS Course that has a total of 60 seats.

In the total seats, 35% of the seats are reserved for the Government Quota. The aspirants need to get the eligible score in the entrance exam NEET and must attend the counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA). 45% of the seats are reserved for the private quota for the aspirants who have cleared the COMEDK Exam. 5% of seats are reserved for other Quota and 15% of seat are reserved for the NRI Quota.

Admission Procedure for MDS Courses

Apart from the D. A Pandu RV Dental College direct admission, D. A Pandu RV Dental College management quota is also operational when it comes to admission to MDS courses as well. In the MDS course, there are 9 specializations. The quota is not fixed due to the limited number of seats

He/She must score the eligible score in the NEET entrance exam and can take admission after attending the counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA).

Documents: 

Some of the main documents required during the MDS admission are 

  • BDS Degree certificate that is issued by the University
  • Marks cards of all the university examinations passed (I to IV BDS year course)
  • Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal of the college
  • Certificate regarding the recognition of the Dental college by the Dental Council of India
  • Completion of paid rotatory internship certificate from a recognized college
  • Registration by any State Dental Council and Proof of SC/ ST or Category I, as the case may be
  • Candidates should obtain the Eligibility Certificate before the last date for admission as notified by the University. A candidate who has been admitted to postgraduate course should register his / her name in the University within a month of admission after paying the registration fee.
